After reading this email, I strongly suggest answering all these questions one-by-one on a piece of paper and taking great care of it,

Because that will become your personal Modern Farmhouse Manifesto!

So I say to not waste any more time and let’s get into it!

1. What one luxury can you not live without?

• What is one feature you've always dreamed of having in a home?

• How would this feature improve your daily life?

• Are there any recent innovations in home design that might elevate this luxury feature?

2. How will your home fit into the outdoors?

• What aspects of your property do you want to highlight through your home's design?

• How important is environmental sustainability in your building materials and practices?

• Could your home design include renewable energy sources like solar panels or geothermal heating?

3. What feel are you going for in your home?

• Which colors, materials, and textures resonate with the ambiance you want to create?

• How can your home's layout promote a sense of flow and space that matches your vibe?

• What balance of modern amenities and traditional elements do you prefer?

4. What tech do you need in your house?

• What everyday activities in your home could be enhanced with technology?

• How concerned are you about security, and what smart security solutions would you consider?

• Are there any specific entertainment or convenience technologies you can't live without?

5. What’s your backup plan for surprises?

• How will you manage cost overruns or delays in construction?

• What is your strategy for dealing with changes once construction starts?

• Who will be your go-to for resolving unexpected issues during the building process?

6. How can your house change as your life does?

• What are your anticipated needs for your home over the next 5, 10, or 20 years?

• How can the design be adapted for potential lifestyle changes, such as children or aging?

• Are there spaces that could have multiple purposes over time?

7. How much can you spend on building your home?

• How will you allocate your budget among construction, interiors, and landscaping?

• What financial cushions do you have in place for unexpected expenditures?

• How will your choices in materials and design impact long-term maintenance costs?

8. How will your home support your hobbies and fun activities?

• What specific spaces do you need for your hobbies, and how will they be incorporated into the design?

• How can your home environment enhance your creativity and relaxation?

• Are there any particular installations, such as soundproofing or specialized storage, that you need to accommodate your hobbies?

I see friend… Most people overlook these questions and end up doing a complete remodel every 2 years…
